REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

The service was not delivered as agreed.
Technical issues on our platform prevented access to purchased content or consultations.
A written request for a refund is submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully consumed or accessed.

2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us through the email address from which you have received the confirmation of your order or contact us through the contact form above. State your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

3. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, please contact us to resolve the issue through the email address from which you have received the confirmation of your order or contact us through the contact form above. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 working days.

CANCELATION POLICY

1. Cancelations of personal readings (consultation)
Clients may cancel consultations free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

2. Course Cancelations
Cancelations for online courses must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been fully accessed or completed. No refunds will be provided once the course has been fully accessed or completed.

3. How to Cancel
To cancel a consultation or course, please us through the email address from which you have received the confirmation of your order or contact us through the contact form above. Make sure to include your details (name & contact) and booking information. Once a cancelation is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
